WHY I CREATED THIS

Most high-functioning women don’t need to or even want to slow their lives down. 
We need to slow the inside - without losing our momentum, ambition, or agency.

STEADY JANUARY is a chance to experience what that actually feels like. Alongside an intimate container of deeply devoted women who also want some more ease, not just hustle. A slow down without needing to lose our edges.
