Hey, I'm Becca.  I'm the owner, coach, and momma behind The Motherhood Mentor. 

In my work I use somatic healing (aka the way your BODY and nervous system impact the way you feel, relate, and behave), boundaries, emotional regulation and intelligence, somatic parts work (similar to IFS), mindset coaching, and enneagram.

Still consistently chuckling that I'm now teaching and helping others with boundaries. Because where I started was in paralyzing people pleasing and codependency. So I GET it momma. 

My first intro to boundaries was with literal abusive and toxic family- and then when I became a mom I was like, but I don't want to cut off or go no contact with my toddler and hubs. So I set out to learn how to navigate boundaries that are somewhere between me feeling resentful, tired, and angry or cutting off the people I love and want to help most. 

Over the many years of my own work with boundaries and now after working with other women for 4+ years I've created ways to make boundaries feel supportive and accessible while honoring the complexity and fluidity that we need in our lives and relationships.
